1. Acceptance
By using WalletIntel you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What WalletIntel Is
WalletIntel provides on-chain data analysis and AI token risk reports for traders and researchers. All analysis is based on publicly available blockchain data.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on WalletIntel is financial, investment, or legal advice. Holder analysis, whale alerts, and community scores are informational tools only. You make your own decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use WalletIntel to:
- Manipulate token markets
- Harass or target individual wallet holders
- Resell our data or reports without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring engine
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees
- Refunds are at our discretion within 7 days of charge
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Data Accuracy
On-chain data is sourced from third-party providers (Moralis, Alchemy). We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee real-time completeness. Do not make high-stakes decisions based solely on our analysis.
7. Service Availability
We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
WalletIntel's scoring engine, classification system, and UI are proprietary. You may share reports generated by the platform but may not claim them as your own original analysis.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
WalletIntel is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or decisions made based on our analysis. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.
